Being a single mum and having a passion for baking can be quite challenging and not as well organised and tidy as what you see in pictures.

Behind the amazing pictures you will surely find;

Flour everywhere, egg dripping down the side of bowls, wooden spoons laying around covered in cake mix and one toddler covered inn chocolate. So yeah not the glamorous side to the baking world.

As long as the bakes look good who cares about the kitchen being a mess !!!! as long as its still in line with food standard hygiene !!!!!
