What did Betty bake next .

Today was a special day at work. Macmillan coffee morning hosted by Thameen. Grea opportunity to raise money for charity. And also something I love to do, bake for charity. My entry was a traditional carrot cake decorated with selfridges bags made of yellow icing and a black liquorice twist cut into shape to make the handles.

The cake are itself was not to dry and definitely not too moist. And must have been tasty enough to win third place YIPEEEE !!!!!

cake decorating is not my forte however it was definitely fun and something I’d like to practice more. I will be challenging myself with a thank you cake that will be perfume inspired. WATCH THIS SPACE !!!!
