no one said it would be easy being a mum, and if they did THEY ARE LYING !!!. to top it all I encountered a passion for baking.
So where do I find the time ?
Well there the early shift I do at work that start 09:00 - 17:30.
early finish mean home early ( obviously). After collecting Luke from nursery its play time, then dinner time then while he's winding down for bed I like to prep my kitchen getting it ready for mummy baking time. Luke is read a story and put to bed for 8pm and baking is normally 8pm - 10pm ( call me crazy im a night owl for baking). It means anything I bake can cool overnight and its packed up in the morning and given out <3
The late shift however is more convenient. Due to not having to start until 2pm I can explore more challenging recipes ad have fresh and warm bakes ready to give out.
Dropping Luke off at 07:30 I can get home for around 8am giving me a good few hours to bake for the world !!!! (| So I wish )
Its fantastic if im going from an early shift to a late shift as I can normally prep the night before and not worry about having to bake as soon as I get home and get Luke to bed. <3
There are the times where im off and Luke joins me in a bake- a- thon. Which involves lots of mess.
